Since then I have been through startups and established companies, and through very different areas: development, content, operations, support and marketing. What I do best is translate a business’s pain points into technology solutions that work. Frequently asked questions
How long does a project take?
It depends on complexity. A simple automation can take about 2 weeks; a complex project, with several processes or connected systems, up to 8. The initial assessment takes 30 minutes at no cost, and after it I give you a plan with concrete timelines.
Which tools do you use?
I start from your processes and the tools your team already uses, and only then choose the technology. I work with AI models such as Claude or ChatGPT, automation platforms and, when needed, custom development. I prefer what your team can maintain without me. Your company covers the monthly subscriptions of the tools your processes use, and the accounts are in your name. That way the system keeps running without depending on me.
What happens to my company’s data?
Your data is yours. I work only with the information each process needs, and I define with you which data can go through AI tools and which cannot. If your company requires a confidentiality agreement, we discuss it before starting. When we finish, the system and its documentation stay in your accounts.
Do you work with companies outside Chile?
Yes. I work remotely, in Spanish and English, with teams in other countries.
